Position Paper

Position Paper Instructions

All delegates are required to submit a position paper to be eligible for awards at OxfordMUN Canada. This policy applies to OxfordMUN, BMUN, and NAIMUN. Please note however that each conference has its own policy towards the weighting and deadline for position papers. Position papers will be required for all delegates, including those registered for crisis committees.

OxfordMUN: Position papers are required in order to be eligible for awards. Position papers must be submitted before the start of committee session 1, and position papers can be submitted digitally or physically. Position papers will be required for both regular committees & crisis committees.

NAIMUN: Position papers are required in order to be eligible for awards. Position papers must be submitted by the end of committee session 1, and position papers can be submitted digitally or physically. Position papers will be required all committees.

BMUN: Position papers are required in order to be eligible for awards. Position papers will be marked and the quality of position papers will impact awards decisions. Position papers must be submitted before 11:59pm, April 12, 2025.
